We have developed few courses, which include many practical and theoretical aspects of Yoga. Here you may learn more about content of those programs and find all necessary information for you to join one of such courses.

Basic practical course

If you are completely new to yoga, this course will help you to start and get first feeling of what it is like to be a yogi. In this simple and consistent program you are slowly introduced to different yogic practices and ideas. Classes start with a  small lectures followed by practical sessions. Lectures will provide you needed inspiration and motivation as they explain many why and how's of yogic process. And practical part (which include stretching, asanas or stationary exercises, deep relaxation and simple form of meditation) will lead you to a gradual self discovery, giving you chance to become more aware of what you are, of the processes happening within your mind and body  and enabling you to enjoy your body, mind and existence better. 

Topics of lectures:

1. Nature of human beings.

What is the very innate human property? What are human beings looking for? What is the reason for frustrations and what is the way to ultimate satisfaction? Lecture discuss aim of yoga and the means of it's attainment, human longings and their higher nature. 

2. Secrets of healthy life

Simple advises on how to be healthy and mentally strong.

3. Principles of Cosmic Energy (Gunas).

Energy principles working in different processes, their influence on our lives. How to come out of negative and static influence and use positive momentum of subtler principles of Energy.

4. Pramitahara (Ideal Diet)

Food as an aid to physical and mental development, food as a medicine. Types of food and  nutrition. 

5. Stress management

6. Harmony with external world and personal integration

Ten principles of conduct for a yogi. How to live without harming others and how to develop integrity and strength of the mind. 

7. Concentration.

Being here and now. Exploring reality, finding happiness. 

8. Eight limbs of Yoga.

Yoga as a perfect way of life. Practices for development of entire human potential. 

Schedule and duration of the course:

Classes are held every Tuesday and Thursday 18.00-20.00 during the period of one month.

Things to Bring:

You will need some kind of blanket, better if it is thin woollen blanket, it may also be wide towel or a bed shit. If you like, you may take pen and paper to write down useful points, which may otherwise slip out of memory. Your cloth should be convenient, not binding and also decent (body should not be too open).
